If, for any reason, you’re not fully satisfied, our Return & Exchange Policy is designed to make the process simple and fair.
🛑 Order Cancellation / Modification
You may cancel or modify your order before it has been shipped.
Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or changed through our website.

🔁 Exchange Policy
You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided:

The product is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

A full uncut video of the parcel opening is provided as proof (mandatory for all claims).
✅ Eligible exchange reasons:

Received wrong item, defective, or incorrect color.
→ We’ll arrange a free reverse pickup and send a replacement.
⚠️ Non-eligible or customer-error cases:

If you ordered the wrong variant, color, or size →
You may still exchange, but shipping charges will apply. -
If the issue is caused by customer handling →
You must ship the product back to our warehouse at your own cost.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your replacement will be processed within 24 hours.
💰 Return & Refund Policy
You can return an item within 7 days of delivery if it meets the following conditions:

✅ If the issue is from our side (wrong or defective item):
We’ll arrange a free pickup and process a store credit or exchange after inspection.
⚠️ If the issue is customer-related (wrong choice or no defect):
You’ll need to send the item to our warehouse.
A small handling or shipping fee may apply.

All approved returns will be issued as store credit, which can be used for any future purchase at LowCostAcc.
